We force your creditors to prove every negative item on your report or demand it's removal if they don't supply everything required under both State and Federal Law. We also thoroughly consult the client on their unique credit situation on steps they can take to maximize their score in addition to what we are doing for them on our end. The fee per client varies since every credit report is different and some clients need extensive collection and charge-off settlement work also in order to maximize the score. We will get every point possible out of the credit score in the shortest time-frame possible; that's what we've done for 20 years now. We have several levels of service we offer depending on the client's credit situation. Our top tier service guarantees a target score increase within 45 days or the client doesn't pay. For example: George has a 662 middle score but needs a 720. If we can't get George to 720 within 45 days, he doesn't pay. This top-tier service is more expensive than our regular services due to much more phone intensive work being needed on our end to assure the desired score increase in the shortest time possible. We don't offer this service to everyone since every credit report is different and there are some goals that can't be achieved if the client either needs too much of a score increase or doesn't have the resources to pay things that need to be paid.
Our 2nd tier services also offer a 100% money back guarantee if we fall below even 25% removal of derogatory items we work on for even 1 of the 3 credit reports. If we remove 100% of the negative items on 2 of the 3 credit bureaus but only get 20% off of the 3rd after 4 months, we'll refund 100% of your money.
We also offer personal and business debt settlement services where we obtain settlements for pennies on the dollar or no money at all if the statute of limitations has passed. You'd be surprised how many people pay debts that they don't legally have to pay; either way, we'll get you the best possible settlement the law allows.
